Before opening the computer housing, make sure all power is disconnected from the unit.

Remove the top lid of the computer by pulling the release lever upwards.
Remove the CD-ROM Rom drive by lifting the release tab and pulling it back.
Locate the hard drive and set its blue tab to the unlocked position.
Lift the hard drive casing upward and unplug the power and data connection cables.
Pinch the blue tabs and slide the hard drive back until it is fully removed.
Remove the hard drive from the blue casing and install the replacement drive. Repeat , then reverse the steps above in reverse to install the new hard drive. to reassemble.
