Using a 0.050” (1.3mm) hex key or bit/driver and needle nose pliers, tighten the four (4) the hex screws and nuts in place. Use needle nose pliers to to hold either the nut in place while tightening from the other end.

You can feed a screwdriver or long hex key through each hole above the mounting points to reach the adjacent hex screw for tightening.

Reload customer loyalty cards to capacity and reattach the card dispenser harness.
The increase in allowed card volume should now exceed the height of the dispenser hopper.
