  1. Remove existing coin box.

  2. Install theC-5365 Bypass Harnessby removing the coin vault switch and connecting the spade terminal connections to C-5365 Bypass Harness.

  3. Bend the side tabs of theC-0940Vault Coveroutward and install into the coin vault. The tabs should snap into place securing the bracket.

  4. Place theC-6700-TEMPDrill Template on the desired mounting location.

  5. Verify included harnesses will reach desired location without encountering interference from internal machine components.

  1. Remove existing coin box and coin drop.

  2. Attach C-5760-A Alliance Adapter Bracketto C-6760 Metercase Bracket.
  3. Attach theC-5414 Mounting Bracketto C-6760Metercase Bracket using the(2)C-5420 10-32 x 1/4 Pan Screws.
  4. Mount C-6760 Metercase Bracketinto the front of the metercase, inserting the two studs through the coin slot openings.
    1. Secure to the metercase using(2)C-1059Keps Nutsand(2)C-1070-WWashers.

  1. Tap power as described in the document by connecting theC-5210Power Adapter Harnessto the power distribution panel inside the machine.

    1. 120vac: Connect the blue wire to L1 and the brown wire to N.

    2. 240vac: Connect the blue wire to L1 and the brown wire to L2.

    3. Secure the green wire to the ground wire.

  2. Connect the opposite end of theC-5210Power Adapter Harnessto theC-5602R1Power Converter.

  3. Connect theC-5500Power Extension Harness to the appropriate connector on theC-5602R1Power Converter. The remaining cable end connects to the FasCard reader.

Connect Coin Sense Harness

    1. H2 for MDC controls.
    2. H6 for Centurion controls

  1. Feed remaining harness ends through the mounting hole.
  2. (Pulse Machine Interface Harnesses Only) Connect the free end of the C-5300-NC Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
  3. (Serial Communication / Serial Pulse Only) Connect the free end of the C-0110-TOP Machine Start Harness to port 5 (Serial Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
  4. (Coin and Card Installations Only) Connect the free end of the C-6250 Coin Sense Harness to port 3 (Coin Sense Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
  5. Connect the free end of the C-5500 Power Extension Harness to port 1 (Power Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
