  1. Place the C-6700-TEMP Drill Template on the desired mounting location.

  2. Verify included harnesses will reach desired location without encountering interference from internal machine components.

  1. Remove existing coin box and coin drop.

  2. Install the C-5365 Bypass Harness by removing the coin vault switch and connecting the spade terminal connections to C-5365 Bypass Harness.

  3. Attach the C-5414 F2 Mounting Bracket to the C-6765-W-R1 Metercase Bracket using (2) C-5420 10-32 x 1/4 Pan Screws.

  4. Run any card reader harnesses through the coin slot openings and the circular hole in the C-6765-W-R1Metercase Bracket.

  5. Install the C-6765-W-R1 Metercase Bracket so that the two threaded posts insert into the coin drop slots. Then secure it to the machine using the (2) C-1059 Kep Nuts and (2) C-1070-W Washers.

  • Remove existing coin box and coin drop.

    • Install theC-5365 Bypass Harnessby removing the coin vault switch and connecting the spade terminal connections to C-5365 Bypass Harness.Bend the tabs outward and insert theC-0940 Vault Cover in to the coin vault opening.
  • Apply the C-5035 Label over the opening for the coin drop.
    • Place theC-6700-TEMPDrill Template on the desired mounting location.

  • Verify included harnesses will reach desired location without encountering interference from internal machine components.

    1. Connect the C-6204-40 12VDC Power Harness to the H10 connection on the Machine Control Assembly.

      1. Connect the green wire to a chassis ground.

    2. The remaining end (3-pin molex) connects directly to the rear of the F2 FasCard Reader.

    1. Connect the 2-pin connector from the C-6207 F2, ACA Power Harness to the 24v transformer behind the front control panel.

    2. The remaining end (3-pin molex) connects directly to the rear of the F2 FasCard Reader.

    1. Tap power as described in the Fascard Reader Install - Universal Concepts document using the C-5101 Spade Taps provided.

    2. Connect the C-5210 Power Adapter Harness to the installed spade taps. Connect the opposite end to the C-5602R1 Power Converter.

    3. Connect the C-5500-84 Power Extension Harness to the appropriate connector on the C-5602R1 Power Converter. The remaining cable end connects to the FasCard reader.

    1. Feed remaining harness ends through the mounting hole.

    2. (Pulse - Coin Only) If using the C-5300-NC Machine Start Harness, connect the free end to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

    3. (Serial Comm Only) If using the C-5240 Machine Start Harness, connect the free end to port 5 (Serial Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

    4. (Coin and Card Installations Only) Connect the free end of the C-6250 Coin Sense Harness to port 3 (Coin Sense Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

    5. Connect the free end of the C-6204-40, C-6207, or C-5500-84 Power Harness to port 1 (Power Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
