  • Remove existing coin box.

    • Install theC-5365 Bypass Harnessby removing the coin vault switch and connecting the spade terminal connections to C-5365 Bypass Harness.Bend the side tabs of theC-0940Vault Coveroutward and install into the coin vault. The tabs should snap into place securing the bracket.Place theC-6700-TEMPDrill Template on the desired mounting location.

    1. Remove existing coin box and coin drop.

    2. Attach C-5760-A Alliance Adapter Bracket to C-6760 Metercase Bracket.

    3. Attach the C-5414 Mounting Bracket to C-6760 Metercase Bracket using the (2)C-5420 10-32 x 1/4 Pan Screws.

    4. Mount C-6760 Metercase Bracket into the front of the metercase, inserting the two studs through the coin slot openings.

      1. Secure to the metercase using (2) C-1059 Keps Nuts and (2) C-1070-W Washers.

    1. Tap power as described in the Fascard Reader Install - Universal Concepts document by connecting the C-5210 Power Adapter Harness to the power distribution panel inside the machine.

      1. 120vac: Connect the blue wire to L1 and the brown wire to N.

      2. 240vac: Connect the blue wire to L1 and the brown wire to L2.

      3. Secure the green wire to the ground wire.

    2. Connect the opposite end of the C-5210 Power Adapter Harness to the C-5602R1 Power Converter.

    3. Connect the C-5500 Power Extension Harness to the appropriate connector on the C-5602R1 Power Converter. The remaining cable end connects to the FasCard reader.

    Connect Coin Sense Harness

      1. H2 for MDC controls.

      2. H6 for Centurion controls
