Overview
This page is intended to guide the user through the proper reboot and shutdown procedures for the CCI-provided computer stored within each X-Changer cabinet. Each location may operate on a different version of LaundryCard, therefore a few screens may be different in the processes outlined below.
Determine the Primary system
It is imperative to know which X-Changer is labeled as the Primary. Failure to reboot the appropriately labeled X-Changer at the right time may result in data loss.

In V5 and V6, the Primary database will be in the 'Database' row. If CCI1 is listed here, that corresponds to X-Changer A. Shutdown procedures

Connect the keyboard to an available USB port on the computer and press the Windows key located along the bottom row.
 Image Modified A Start menu will appear at the bottom left corner of the screen. Using the touch screen or a mouse, click Shut Down.

Wait for the computer to shut down. All lights on the front of the computer should turn off and the monitor will go blank.
