The Scheduled Task Setup allows a Store Owner/Manager to configure a task list of responsibilities to be addressed in the store.  These tasks can be scheduled to be recurring tasks that can be set to repeat on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis.  Or, the tasks can be one time task to occur only once. 

Each task can be added, edited, and removed as needed.  Pending Both types of these pending tasks appear on an employee's pending tasks screen and give the employee the ability to 'Complete' the task in the system.  The tasks can be reviewed for completion using the Attendant Duties Report.

 It is also possible to set a 'One Time' task on this screen.  To set up recurring or one-time tasks, follow the instructions below.

Select Scheduling.

At the bottom of the existing list of scheduled recurring tasks, complete the information for a new task, and click "Add".  Edit or delete the task as needed.  These recurring tasks will show up in pending tasks only during within the date, frequency, and time frame stipulated in the task.  Once outside their date, frequency, and time frame, they will disappear from the pending tasks list.
