Store Owners can see a customer's card activity through the Cards/Search function as well as an image (If the X-Changer camera is installed). Follow the steps below to access a customer's Card activity. |

Accessing a Customer's Card Activity
To Access a Customer's Card Activity, the user must have Cards and Search selected under Permission Settings.
- Insert your card.
- Select Cards.
- Select Search.
- Select Show Customer Cards.
- Enter any relevant information (e.g. Card Issued Between, or the last few digits of a card number) that may help narrow the search.
- Click Search.
- Once the card is displayed in the search results, click on the card number.
- Click on View Activity to see card activity.
- Each activity of the card will be outlined like below, from adding value from various card sources to any machine starts.
- Click on the + sign to see the picture that accompanies the activity.
