Technician's Cards look like a customer LaundryCard™, but they can also show you which machines are marked out of service and why, based on the Equipment Status selected.

Once you have a technician has repaired a machine, with the technician card used at an X-Changer, you can then tell the system that the machine is again ready for use.

The manager can also put value on your card so that you can use it to start machines.  Card a technician card for starting machines.

General Information for Technicians

Getting a New Technicians Card
