Using the Add Value Kiosk

Tip
  • The Add Value Kiosk allows customers to add additional value to an existing FasCard Loyalty account using cash, credit, or debit.  For a step by step guide to using the Add Value Kiosk, see below.

Adding Value to a Loyalty Card and Viewing Rewards

When swiping your loyalty card at the Add Value Kiosk, you have three options:


  1. Add Value with Cash
  2. Add Value with credit/debit card
  3. Review Rewards

Adding Value with Cash

  1. Swipe a Loyalty card on the Add Value Kiosk.

  2. Select an the option - 'Add value from cash' or 'Add value from credit'.

Cash

  1. Insert bills when prompted.

  2. FasCard reader will keep a total count of all cash inserted.

  3. Press any button to complete the transaction.

Credit/Debit

  1. Select a value package from the list presented using the arrow keys and press '–' to confirm.

  3. Insert cash and the value will be added according to the value packages below.

  1. Swipe the loyalty card.
  2. Select the "Add Credit" button.

  5. A message will be displayed indicating the success of the transfer as well as the new account balance.

Using NFC to Add Value

The Add-Value Kiosk fitted with the F2 Reader is capable of adding value to a loyalty card using NFC functionality.  NFC is "Near Field Communication".  Holding your smart phone close to the reader will add value to a loyalty card provided credit/debit card information is stored in the phone/application.

  1. Swipe the loyalty card.
  2. Select the "Add Credit" button.

  4. Hold the phone close to the reader so the phone can be detected.  (You must have your card information stored in your phone and/or appropriate app in order to process the transaction.)Image Added
  5. A message will be displayed indicating the success of the transfer as well as the new account balance.
