Using the Add Value Kiosk

Tip
  • The Add Value Kiosk allows customers to add additional value to an existing FasCard Loyalty account using cash, credit, or debit.  For a step by step guide to using the Add Value Kiosk, see below.
  • For assistance configuring the available purchase packages, see FasCard Admin Site - Loyalty Settings.

  • Swipe a Loyalty card on the Add Value Kiosk.
  • Select an option- 'Add value from cash' or 'Add value from credit'

  • Insert bills when prompted.
  • FasCard reader will keep a total count of all cash inserted.
  • Press any button to complete the transaction.

  • Select a value package from the list presented using the arrow keys and press '–' to confirm.
  • Swipe a credit or debit card.
  • A message will be displayed indicating the success of the transfer as well as the new account balance.
