Install Mounting Hardware

  1. Remove existing coin box and coin drop.

  2. Bend the side tabs of theC-0936 Vault Bracketoutward and install into the coin vault. The tabs should snap into place securing the bracket.

  3. Attach the (2) C-0133 8-32 x 1-1/2" Hex Standoffsto the C-0936 Vault Bracket.

  4. Run the ethernet cables and start harness through the coin vault opening and C-0936 Vault Bracket.
  5. Before attaching the reader to the C-0936 Vault Bracket remove the protective film from the C-0906 Spacer Plate and place between the reader and the machine's front panel so it aligns with the C-0936 Vault Bracket openings.
  6. Attach the reader to the (2) C-0133 8-32 x 1-1/2" Hex Standoffs using the (2) C-0141 8-32 x 1-1/2" Socket Screws.
  7. Once installation is complete and the reader has been setup and tested, apply the C-0015 label over the front of the reader.
  8. Apply the C-5035 Labelover the coin drop opening.

  2. Run the C-5355 Machine Start Harnessto the reader mounting location.

  1. Feed remaining harness ends through the mounting hole.
  2. Connect the free end of the C-5355 Machine Start Harness to port 1 (Serial Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
  3. Connect the the Cat5 cables running to and from the adjacent machinesto ports labeled 3 (Line Connection Ports) as shown in the image above.

  4. Secure the LaundryCard reader to the bracket using included hardware.
