Install Mounting Hardware

  • Remove existing coin box.

  • Bend the side tabs of the C-0941 Vault Cover outward and install into the coin vault. The tabs should snap into place securing the bracket.

  • Place the C-6700-TEMP Drill Template on the desired mounting location.

  • Verify included harnesses will reach desired location without encountering interference from internal machine components.

    • Refer to FasCard Mounting Guide for further instructions.

    Tap power as described in the Fascard Reader Install - Universal Concepts document by connecting the C-5101 Power Adapter Harness to the power distribution panel inside the machine.

    1. 120vac: Connect the brown and blue wires to connector #2 closest to outside of machine and #4 on terminal side closest to circuit board.

    2. 240vac: Connect the brown and blue wires to connectors 3 and 5 on the terminal side closest to the circuit board.

    3. Secure the green wire beneath the ground screw.

  • Connect the opposite end of the C-5101 Power Adapter Harness to the C-5602 Power Converter.

  • Connect the C-5500-84 Power Extension Harness to the appropriate connector on the C-5602 Power Converter. The remaining cable end connects to the FasCard reader.

    1. Disconnect the Coin Drop from the Machine Control Assembly.

    2. Connect the C-6357 Coin Sense Harness to the harness connected to the Coin Drop.

    1. Connect the bare wire ends of the C-5313 Terminal Block to the Machine Control Assembly.Connect the C-5356 0111-RES Machine Start Harness to the Positions 2 and 3 on the terminal block.

      from the edge nearest the top of the board (position 0) to the bottom of the terminal block (position 6)

      • For machines shipped before 1/1/2006, connect harness to positions 1 and 3.

      • For machines shipped after 1/1/2006, connect harness to positions 3 and 5.

      • For machines shipped near 6/1/2007, connect harness to positions 2 and 3.

      • All other machines, connect harness to positions 3 and 4.
