- Establish a VPN connection to the store.
- Connect to the problem X-changer’s Ethernet Power Controller or EPC using 10.0.1.101 (X-changer A) or 10.0.1.102 (X-changer B) on your internet browser.
- Enter the User Name = admin and Password = 1234
- Click ‘Cycle’ under the Name: Computer in order to power cycle the computer. The computer will then restart and should come back up as normal.
