How To Reboot Computers Through The EPC

Procedure to be done when computer is unresponsive and needs to be power cycled remotely.  Store ID's having EPC's installed range from 191 - 655.

Step-by-step guide

1. Establish a VPN connection to the store.

2. Connect to the problem X-changer’s Ethernet Power Controller or EPC using 10.0.1.101 (X-changer A) or 10.0.1.102 (X-changer B) on your internet browser.

3. Enter the User Name = admin and Password = 1234

4. Click ‘Cycle’ under the Name:  Computer in order to power cycle the computer.  The computer will then restart and should come back up as normal.
