Remove Coin Box.
Disconnect harness connection from the Vault Switch. Connect both ends to the C-5365 Bypass Harness.
Spread the C-6936 Vault Mount Bracket wings to lock it into place once installed.
Insert the C-6936 Vault Mount Bracket into the Coin Vault.
Use the C-0144 screws, attach the C-5414 F2 Mounting Bracket to the C-6936 Vault Mount Bracket.

Locate area to mount C-6411 Serial Stack Add-On Board.
1. Must be close enough to reader mounting location to connect the harness to.
2. Must be on a surface that does not received direct exposure from any heating elements (If applicable.)
Clean mounting location to remove any dust and residue if needed.
Remove the sticker from the back of the C-6411 Serial Stack Add-On Board to expose the adhesive and apply to the mounting location.
Connect the white, 7-pin connector from the C-0110-TOP to the H3 connection on the lower pocket's Machine Control Assembly.
Connect the the clear, 3-pin circuit board end from the C-6250-144 Coin Sense Harness to the lower pocket's Coin Drop.

Run C-0110-TOP-144 Machine Start Harness to the lower pocket Machine Control Assembly.
Pulse Setup
1. Connect the C-0110-TOP-144 Machine Start Harness to the H5 connection on the Machine Control Assembly.
2. C-0110-CP Jumper Plug is not used, but can be retained in case of future serial communication usage usage.
Serial Setup
1. Connect the C-0110-TOP-144 Machine Start Harness to the H5 connection on the Machine Control Assembly.
2. Connect the C-0110-CP Jumper Plug to the H2 connection on the Machine Control Assembly.
Connect the C-6401 Stack Add-on Board to port 5 (Serial Connection Port) on the reader.
1. Connect the Machine Start Harness connected to the upper pocket Machine Control Assembly to Unit 1 on the Stack Add-on Board.
2. Connect the Machine Start Harness connected to the lower pocket Machine Control Assembly to Unit 2 on the Stack Add-on Board.
Bend the side tabs of the C-0940 Vault Bracket outward and install into the coin vault for the lower pocket. The tabs should snap into place securing the bracket.
Apply the C-5033 Label over the opening for the lower pocket’s coin drop.

Connect and Mount Reader

Feed remaining harness ends through the mounting holes.
(Standard Installations - No Stack Add-On Kit) Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness:
1. If following steps for a serial, connect the C-0110-TOP Machine Start Harness to port 5 (Serial Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
2. If following steps for a pulse, connect the C-5300-NC Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
(F2/F3 - Serial Stack Add-On Installations Only) Connect the black, 10-pin connector from the C-0110-TOP Machine Start Harness to the Unit 1 connection and the C-0110-TOP Machine Start Harness to the Unit 2 connection on the C-6401 or C-6411 Serial Stack Add-On Board.
(Coin and Card Installations Only) Connect the free end of the C-6250 Coin Sense Harness to port 3 (Coin Sense Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
Connect the free end of the C-5500-115 Power Extension Harness to port 1 (Power Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
Secure the FasCard reader to base as described in the F2 Reader Mounting Guide.
