  1. Place the C-6700-TEMP Drill Template on the desired mounting location.

  2. Verify included harnesses will reach desired location without encountering interference from internal machine components.

  3. Refer to Touchscreen Reader Mounting Guide (F2 & F3) for further instructions.

  1. Remove existing payment device and coin box.

  2. Install the C-6925A Coin Vault Bracket in the coin vault. Line up the C-6925B Coin Vault Cover Bracket over the coin vault so the outer set of holes line up with the threaded holes on the C-6925A Coin Vault Bracket and attach with the C-57518-32 x 2-1/2" Phillips Screws.

  3. Use the (2) C-5420 10-32 x 1/4" Phillips Screws to attach the C-5414 Reader Bracket to the C-6925B Coin Vault Cover Bracket.

  4. Install the C-0913 Drop Cover into the coin drop opening. Secure in place using the (4) C-1062 4-40 Keps Nuts.

  5. Apply C-5035 Label onto the C-0913 Drop Cover.

  6. After connecting all harnesses to the reader, use the (2) C-5416 8-32 x 3/8" Torx Screws to attach the reader to the C-5414 Reader Bracket.

  1. Tap power as described in the Fascard Reader Install - Universal Concepts document by connecting the C-5210 Power Adapter Harness to the power distribution panel inside the machine.

    1. 120vac: Connect the blue wire to L1 and the brown wire to N.

    2. 240vac: Connect the blue wire to L1 and the brown wire to L2.

    3. Secure the green wire to the ground wire.

  2. Connect the opposite end of the C-5210 Power Adapter Harness to the C-5602R1 Power Converter.

  3. Connect the C-5500-60 Power Extension Harness to the appropriate connector on the C-5602R1 Power Converter. The remaining cable end connects to the FasCard reader.
