Remove existing coin box and coin drop.
Attach the C-5414 Standard Mounting Bracket to the C-6920R1 Mounting Bracket using the C-5420 Screws.
Install the C-6920R1 Mounting Bracket into the coin vault opening. Secure in place using the C-1059 Kep Nuts.
Connect Power
Connect Coin Sense Harness
Connect Machine Interface Harness
Connect and Mount Reader
LaundryCard Reader (C-0100, C-0101, C-0102, C-0103)
Feed remaining harness ends through mounting bracket.
For serial setups:
Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 1 (Serial Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
For coin pulse setups:
Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
Connect the the Cat5 cables running to and from the adjacent machines to ports labeled 3 (Line Connection Ports) as shown in the image above.
Secure the LaundryCard reader to the bracketry using included hardware.
LaundryCard L2 Reader (C-0103-L2)
Feed remaining harness ends through mounting bracket.
For serial setups:
Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 1 (Serial Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
For coin pulse setups:
Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
Connect the free end of the Power Harness to port 1.
Secure the L2 reader to base as described in FasCard F2/F3 Reader Installation Guide - Front Mount.
F1 Reader (C-5001)
Feed remaining harness ends through the mounting hole as described in the F1 Reader Mounting Guide.
Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 1 (Serial Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
Connect the free end of the Coin Sense Harness to port 3 (Coin Sense Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
Connect the free end of the Power Extension Harness to port 4 (Power Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
Secure the FasCard reader to base as described in the F1 Reader Mounting Guide.
F2/FLEX Reader (C-5401, C-5402, C-5402E)
Feed remaining harness ends through the mounting hole as described in FasCard F2/F3 Reader Installation Guide - Front Mount.
For Serial Setups:
Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 5 (Serial Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
For Pulse Setups:
Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
Connect the free end of the Coin Sense Harness to port 3 (Coin Sense Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
For dual coin drop setups connect the secondary Coin Sense Harness to port 4 (Coin Sense Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
Connect the free end of the Power Harness to port 1.
Secure the FasCard reader to base as described in FasCard F2/F3 Reader Installation Guide - Front Mount.
