To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have CONFIGURATION (EQUIPMENT/MACHINE SETUP) selected under SYSTEM SETUP in permission settings. Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings. See Permission Settings and Functions for more information on how to set permissions.
The configuration section of the system is for configuring new equipment, this is often done only during the initial installation of the system and should not be accessed during normal business hours.
Equipment Setup and Configuration
Select System Setup.
Select Card Reader Setup.
The System will shut down all card readers temporarily while the new equipment is being added.
Select Add New Equipment Type.
Add each new piece of equipment and complete the fields below. See the chart of field and descriptions for reference.

The configuration pages can only be accessed from the X-Changer, not available remotely.
Machine Reader Setup
Entering the config module will stop all card readers from accepting cards, and preventing new equipment starts!
