Overview

 This document is intended to serve as a guide for the laundry customer or end user in locations utilizing a FasCard Add Value Kiosk.

Using the Add Value Kiosk

  • The Add Value Kiosk allows customers to add additional value to an existing FasCard Loyalty account using cash, credit, or debit.  For a step by step guide to using the Add Value Kiosk, see below.
  • For assistance configuring the available purchase packages, see FasCard Admin Site - Loyalty Settings.

Adding Value to a Loyalty Card

  1. Swipe a Loyalty card on the Add Value Kiosk.
  2. Select an option- 'Add value from cash' or 'Add value from credit'.

Cash

  1. Insert bills when prompted.
  2. FasCard reader will keep a total count of all cash inserted.
  3. Press any button to complete the transaction.


Credit/Debit

  1. Select a value package from the list presented using the arrow keys and press '–' to confirm.
  2. Swipe a credit or debit card.
  3. A message will be displayed indicating the success of the transfer as well as the new account balance.
