Is missing information on what to do with CRM record
Occasionally the Store ID of a LaundryCard setup may need to be changed.
This may be needed when developing/testing or when a production store has been sold and may want a new ID.
Step-by-step guide
Per:
Error rendering macro 'jira' : Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.
- Update store ID on the X-Changer (same as v8 and earlier, whatever that was...)
- Update StoreID in database (SysInfo table)
- Update license keys
- In the LAUNDRYCARD Active Directory:
- Remove the previous user from the old Store ID group
- Create a new group (if it doesn't already exist) for the new Store ID
- Add owner to new group
- Until LCL-10 is completed:
- Add the store information to the LclMaster.Store table on the LaundryCard Live server
- If the store is to be part of a group:
- Create the store group if it doesn't already exist
- Modify the LclMaster.Store record to add the store to the group
