To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have MY CARD ACTIVITY selected under CARDS in permission settings. Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings. See Permission Settings and Functions for more information on how to set permissions.
For the Managers/Employees that have Card Permissions and My Card Activity selected, this screen will show the most recent card activity at the top of the list. Time, date, machine number, transaction amount, and account balance are all available through this screen. A filter is also available to narrow down transaction results.
My Activity
From the Main Menu, select Cards.
Select My Activity.
My Activity View will display all of your card activity.

| Transaction Type | Description of the type of action that took place (This can include any act from refunding money, dispensing cards, or machine configuration.) |
| Machine ID | The X-Changer where the transaction took place |
| Amount | The amount of the transaction |
| Balance | The amount that's currently on your card when the transaction took place |
