The Main Menu will be different for each Owner, Manager and employee, depending on what permissions are set for each individual.  

An Owner and Manager have the ability to set permissions for all employees, including other Managers.  Only the Owners and Managers can set permissions.  No other employee can set permissions.

Owner - Main Menu

Inserting the Setup Manager Card, the Owner's Main Menu contains the following:

  • Cards
  • Maintenance
  • Marketing
  • Other
  • Reports
  • Scheduling
  • System Setup

Manager - Main Menu

The Manager's Main Menu can look exactly the same as an Owner's if the Owner has given the Manager the same permissions, with the exception of an option to clock in our out.

The below are the default Manager Permissions.  For a list of other default permissions, Please see Default Permission Settings and Functions.

Employee - Main Menu

An Owner/Manager can set permissions for any employee.  As Mentioned above, there is a list of Default Permission Settings and Functions.

For example, an Attendant will have the below default permissions:
