To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have Reset Card Readers selected under MAINTENANCE in permission settings . Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings. See Permission Settings and Functions for more information on how to set permissions.
Follow the steps below to Reset Card Readers.
- Insert your card.
- Select Maintenance from the menu.
- Select Reset Card Readers.
- Select either X-Changer A or B.
- When prompted, select OK to continue.
- The Card Readers will reset as shown below.
