To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have SEARCH CARDS selected under CARDS in permission settings. Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings. See Permission Settings and Functions for more information on how to set permissions. Follow the steps below to access the Card Overview page.
Select Cards from the the main menu.
Select SEARCH.
This option displays a grouped list of cards by default group type. Clicking on the card number will display the Card Details for the selected card. The top section of the screen provides filtering options to make it easier to find specific cards.
Card Overview Search/Output Field Descriptions

Expenditure | Drop-down options include less than, equal to, and greater than the value added to the card |
Balance | Drop-down options include less than, equal to, and greater than the current balance on the card |
Bonus | Drop-down options include less than, equal to, and greater than the additional bonus amount applied to the card |
Deposit | Drop-down options include less than, equal to, and greater than the deposit amount applied to the card |
Discount | Drop-down options include less than, equal to, and greater than the percentage discount amount applied to the card |
Free Dries | Drop-down options include less than, equal to, and greater than the number of free dries applied to the card |
Card Issued Between | Date range of when the card was issued |
Last Used Between | The last date the card was used |
Card Number like | Card number (Can include partial card number, for example, the last 3-5 digits.) User Name/User Phone/Comments |
Sort By | Sorts by each field from either ascending or descending per card type |
Show Customer Cards | When checked, includes all customer cards dispensed |
Show Invalid Cards | When checked, shows invalid cards |
Show Market Out Cards |
When connected remotely a 'Download' option will appear allowing you to download a CSV formatted version of the data on the screen
