VP3300 Bezel For LaundryCard X-Changers

The C-1009-LC VP3300 EMV Credit Card Bezel enables the four (4) methods of credit/debit acceptance (EMV chip insert, passive (Tap-to-Charge) NFC, active (smart device) NFC, and magstripe swipe) to allow the four (4) major credit card brands (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) to be used on an X-Changer.
As of LaundryCard v9.1.7, Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) cards can now be made available for use on an X-Changer, pending all requirements are met for EBT acceptance at a location.
Requirements
- An EBT-enabled account established with CCI.
- LaundryCard v9.1.7+ installed and configured for EBT acceptance.
Operation Details
When fully set up, customers can obtain a new card or add value to an existing card using the 'Credit/Debit' button displayed on the X-Changer.
After selecting the 'Credit/Debit' button, Swipe the EBT card to reach the transfer amount screen and press Submit.
Once the Submit button is selected, the touchscreen will then display a PinPad for customers to enter their EBT pin number, then submit for approval.
If approved, the customer will reach the appropriate Approved screen highlighting the amount added to the new or existing Loyalty card.
