Purpose
This document will provide instructions on how to clean the motherboard of the touch kiosk

Supplies Needed

Compressed Air (or portable electronics-compatible air duster)

The Touch Kiosk must be powered off completely first! Shut down the touch kiosk before you begin. 

Instructions

Spray down all surfaces of motherboard with compressed air to remove and dust/lint/debris. 

Tips & Warnings

  • If using a compressed air can, ensure that the chemical contents are not dispensed in its liquid state when pressing the nozzle by first facing the can away and upright and spraying briefly until the escaped contents appear clear.
  • If using a powered air duster, ensure that the duster itself is clear of any dust/lint/debris as such could not only affect the performance of the air duster but further spread / add to any existing debris present.
