  1. Remove existing coin box and coin drop.

  2. Apply C-0033 Label over coin drop opening.

  3. Disconnect harness connection from the Vault Switch. Connect both ends to the C-5365 Bypass Harness.

  4. Bend the side tabs of the C-0936 Bracket outward and install into the coin vault. The tabs should snap into place securing the bracket.

  5. Attach the C-0133 Standoffs to the Bracket.

  1. Remove existing Alliance payment device bracket.

  2. Install the C-0970R1 Alliance Mounting Bracket into the opening on the control panel for mounting card readers using the existing hardware.

Connect Machine Interface Harness

  1. Connect the C-0109R1 Machine Start Harness to the Coin 1 connector on the Machine Control Assembly.

  1. Connect the C-5240 Machine Start Harness to the H3 connector on the Machine Control Assembly.

Connect and Mount Reader

  1. Feed remaining harness ends through mounting bracket.

  2. Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness:

    1. If following steps for a serial Machine Start Harness to port 1 (Serial Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

    2. If following steps for a pulse Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

  3. Connect the the Cat5 cables running to and from the adjacent machines to ports labeled 3 (Line Connection Ports) as shown in the image above.

  4. Secure the LaundryCard reader to the bracket using included hardware.
