C-0103 card readers require a Program card:
1. Identify desired unit address for card reader
2. Reboot power to card reader
3. Insert Program card, reader will display:
Set Address: 0**
Dip Card to Set
4. To increase current digit: Insert tip of card and remove quickly
5. To move to next digit: Insert card fully and wait (approx 2 seconds)
6. After accepting last digit of unit address, reader will display:

Remove Card Now
