Requesting Access
Store owners, administrators, and authorized personnel with permission can obtain access to LaundryCard Live by contacting CCI.
Whether through submitting an inquiry to our Contact Us page or calling CCI directly at (630) 930-5115, our staff will be able to assist in setting up an account to access LaundryCard Live.
What To Do Before Logging In
When a LaundryCard Live access request is processed, CCI will assign a username and temporary password for owners/users to use when logging in to LaundryCard Live. Before accessing LaundryCard Live, the owner/user will be instructed to reset their password and/or enroll by logging in to http://password.laundrycard.com/ with the username and temporary password provided.

- Go to https://live.laundrycard.com/login to access the LaundryCard Live website.

If not already, feel free to bookmark the login page itself, as this would be your access point to all things LaundryCard Live. - Log in to your account with your CCI-provided Username and self-updated Password.
Once logged in, the first screen that populates will depend on the level of access / permissions the user has, as well as whether the account has one or multiple store locations or additional functions in part of an Advanced LaundryCard Live (ALCL) Subscription.
