Install Mounting Hardware

  1. Use the C-0930 Mounting Bracket to mark out the center opening for the card reader and the lower set of holes to the left and right of the central opening.

    1. Ensure the positing leaves enough space for the reader's bezel to sit flat against the machine's panel and for the reader to be inserted into the machine and allow for the CAT5 cables to be connected.

  2. Cut out the central opening and use a 9/64" Drill Bit to make a hole at each drill marks to the left and right of the central opening.

  3. Place the C-0930 Mounting Bracket on the inside of the machine's panel. Pass through and connect the CAT5 cables and machine start harness to the reader.

  4. Use the (2) C-0144 8-32 x 2" Flat Screw to attach the reader to the C-0930 Mounting Bracket.

Connect Machine Interface Harness

  1. Remove connections from coin drop switch and connect to the C-0113 Machine Start Harness.

Connect and Mount Reader

  1. Feed remaining harness ends through the mounting hole.

  2. Connect the free end of the C-0113 Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

  3. Connect the the Cat5 cables running to and from the adjacent machines to ports labeled 3 (Line Connection Ports) as shown in the image above.

  4. Secure the LaundryCard reader to the bracket using included hardware.
