This document assumes the installer has working knowledge of hand tools and of the target machine in question. Physical modification of machine may be required, including modification of machine panels and internal modification to accommodate cables or harnesses.

  1. Remove the existing coin drop.

    1. Refer to manufacturer documentation as needed.

  2. Install C-0926 Drop Cover over the cavity left by removing the coin drop. Secure in place using the C-1044N Kep Nut.

  3. Apply C-0032 Coin Drop Label over the C-0926 Drop Cover.

  4. Install the C-0924A Mounting Bracket into the coin vault and attach C-0133 Standoffs.

  5. When installing reader, place C-0924B Cover Bracket over the coin vault before inserting the card reader. Then secure in place the brackets and reader using the C-0141 Screws.

  1. Remove the existing coin drop.

  3. Apply C-0032 Coin Drop Label over the C-0926 Drop Cover.

  4. Install the C-0925A Mounting Bracket into the coin vault and attach C-0133 Standoffs.

  5. When installing reader, place C-0925B Cover Bracket over the coin vault before inserting the card reader. Then secure in place the brackets and reader using the C-0141 Screws.

Connect Machine Interface Harness

  1. Connect the C-0118 Machine Start Harness to the Coin connection on the Machine Control Assembly.

Connect and Mount Reader

  1. Feed remaining harness ends through mounting bracket.

  2. Connect the free end of the C-0118 Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

  3. Connect the the Cat5 cables running to and from the adjacent machines to ports labeled 3 (Line Connection Ports) as shown in the image above.

  4. Secure the LaundryCard reader to the bracket using included hardware.
