  1. Remove existing coin box.

  2. Bend the side tabs of the C-0936 Bracket outward and install into the coin vault. The tabs should snap into place securing the bracket.

  3. Attach the C-0133 Standoffs to the Bracket.

  4. Place the C-0906 spacer between the reader and the machine's panel.

  5. Remove any existing coin drop.

  6. Mount the C-0963 Drop Cover using C-1062 Kep Nuts.

  7. Affix C-0031 Label to the C-0963 Drop Cover.

  1. Apply C-0031 Label to cover the Easy Card slot.

  2. Using the C-0970R1 Mounting Bracket, mark out cutting lines on the front panel of the machine near where a coin vault would normally be mounted. Mark the central opening, along with the two threaded holes to the sides of the central opening.

  3. Place the C-0970R1 Mounting Bracket on the inside of the panel, and C-0906 Spacer on the outside of the panel. Then secure all components and reader in place using C-5751 Screws.

Connect Machine Interface Harness

  1. Connect the C-5256 Machine Start Harness to the Coin 1 terminal connections previously connected to the micro switch on the coin drop.

  1. Connect the C-0127 Machine Start Harness to the P2 connector on the Machine Control Assembly.

Connect and Mount Reader

  1. Feed remaining harness ends through mounting bracket.

  2. Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

  3. Connect the the Cat5 cables running to and from the adjacent machines to ports labeled 3 (Line Connection Ports) as shown in the image above.

  4. Secure the LaundryCard reader to the bracket using included hardware.
