1. Remove existing coin box and coin drop.

2. Install the C-5365 Bypass Harness by removing the coin vault switch and connecting the spade terminal connections to C-5365 Bypass Harness.
3. Attach the C-5414 F2 Mounting Bracket to the C-6765-W-R1 Metercase Bracket using C-5702 Chase Nipple and C-5703 Lock Nut.
4. Run any card reader harnesses through the coin slot openings and the circular hole in the C-6765-W-R1 Metercase Bracket.

5. Install the C-6765-W-R1 Metercase Bracket so that the two threaded posts insert into the coin drop slots. Then secure it to the machine using the C-1059 Kep Nuts and C-1070-W Washers.

1. Tap power as described in the Fascard Reader Install - Universal Concepts document using the C-5101 Spade Taps provided.
2. Connect the C-5210 Power Adapter Harness to the installed spade taps. Connect the opposite end to the C-5602 Power Converter.
3. Connect the C-5500 Power Extension Harness to the appropriate connector on the C-5602 Power Converter. The remaining cable end connects to the FasCard reader.

1. Connect the C-5240 Machine Start Harness to the the H3 connection on the Machine Control Assembly or Communication board on the lower pocket control.
2. Disconnect the Coin Drop from the Machine Control Assembly lower pocket control.
3. Connect the C-6250 Coin Sense Harness to the harness connected to the lower pocket's Coin Drop.

Connect and Mount Reader

1. Feed remaining harness ends through the mounting hole.
2. If using the C-5300-NC or C-5256 Machine Start Harness, connect the free end to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
3. If using the C-5240 Machine Start Harness, connect the free end to port 5 (Serial Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
   1. If installing a Stack Add-On kit, install the C-6401 MLV Add-On Board into port 5 (Serial Connection Port). Connect the C-5240 Machine Start Harness from the top pocket's control to Unit 1 on the C-6401 MLV Add-On Board. Connect the C-5240 Machine Start Harness from the bottom pocket's control to Unit 2 on the C-6401 MLV Add-On Board.
4. For Coin and Card setups, connect the free end of the C-6250 or C-6253 Coin Sense Harness to port 3 (Coin Sense Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
   1. If installing a Stack Add-On kit with a coin and card setup, connect the C-6250 Coin Sense Harness from the lower pocket's coin drop to Port 4 (Coin Sense 2 Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
5. Connect the free end of the C-6204-40, C-6207, or C-5500 Power Harness to port 1 (Power Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

Machine Configuration

ACA Controls

1. Locate the dip switch on the back of the machine's control board.

2. Set dip switch 3 to the ON position. 

3. Leave all other dip switches as is.

Titanium Controls

1. Enter Manual Mode by opening the service door and closing the coin vault switch. Then press the following two buttons based on the control:

   Quantum Gold Pro (T4)	Galaxy 600 Pro (T2)	MDC II (T1)
   High Temp & Med Temp	High Temp & Med Temp	High Temp & Med Temp

2. rAPid will be displayed on the control. Select the Prog option and then configure the following settings:

   1. Serial Payment Configuration (SErPAY): Card

   2. Card Enable (CArdEn): On

3. Exit Manual Mode.
