This document is intended to serve as a guide for the laundry customer or end user in locations utilizing a FasCard Add Value Kiosk.
Using the Add Value Kiosk
- The Add Value Kiosk allows customers to add additional value to an existing FasCard Loyalty account using cash, credit, or debit. For a step by step guide to using the Add Value Kiosk, see below.

Adding Value to a Loyalty Card and Viewing Rewards
When swiping your loyalty card at the Add Value Kiosk, you have three options:
- Add Value with Cash
- Add Value with credit/debit card
- Review Rewards
Adding Value to Your FasCard Account
- Swipe a Loyalty card on the Add Value Kiosk.
- Select the option 'Add value from cash'.
- Insert cash and the value will be added according to the value packages below.
Adding Value Using a Credit/Debit Card
- Swipe the loyalty card.
- Select the "Add Credit" button.
- Select a value package.
- Swipe a credit or debit card.
- A message will be displayed indicating the success of the transfer as well as the new account balance.
Adding Value Using NFC With Your Smart Phone
The Add-Value Kiosk fitted with the F2 Reader is capable of adding value to a Loyalty Account using NFC functionality. NFC is "Near Field Communication". Holding your smart phone (with NFC capability) close to the reader will add value to a Loyalty Account, provided credit/debit card information is stored in the phone/application.
- Swipe the loyalty card.
- Select the "Add Credit" button.
- Select a value package.
- Hold the phone close to the reader so the phone can be detected. (You must have your card information stored in your phone and/or appropriate app in order to process the transaction.)
- A message will be displayed indicating the success of the transfer as well as the new account balance.
Rewards
- To view rewards on your loyalty card, select View Rewards.

Access Account with QR Code And The Mobile App
