1. Place C-5763 TWL Bracket in the intended mounting location. Using the bracket, mark the location of all four mounting holes.
   

2. Drill a hole at each marked location using a 3/16" drill bit.
   

3. Attach C-5414 Mounting Bracket to the front of C-5763 using two C-5420 screws.
   

4. Mount the C-5763 TLW Bracket using four C-5420 Screws and fasten from the inside of the panel.

1. Remove the coin drop and coin box.

2. Remove Vault Switch and bridge the wires previously connected to the Vault Switch with the C-5365 Bypass Harness.

3. Secure C-5414 F2 Mounting Bracket to the C-6903 Mounting Bracket using the (2) C-5420 10-32 x 1/4 Pan Screws.

4. Attach the C-5760-A Adapter Bracket to the C-6762 Mounting Bracket to the captured nut on the inside of the C-6762 Mounting Bracket.

5. Run all reader harnesses through the metercase and out the opening where the coin drop normally mounts.

6. Run all reader harnesses through the circular opening on the C-6762 Mounting Bracket.

7. Install the C-6762 Mounting Bracket into the front opening of the metercase so the two threaded posts of the C-5760-A Adapter Bracket line up with the openings for the coin slots. Secure in place using the (2) C-1059 Kep Nuts and (2) C-1070-W Washers.

2. Install the C-5365 Bypass Harness by removing the coin vault switch and connecting the spade terminal connections to C-5365 Bypass Harness.

3. Attach the C-5414 F2 Mounting Bracket to the C-6765-W-R1 Metercase Bracket using (2) C-5420 10-32 x 1/4 Pan Screws.

4. Run any card reader harnesses through the coin slot openings and the circular hole in the C-6765-W-R1 Metercase Bracket.

5. Install the C-6765-W-R1 Metercase Bracket so that the two threaded posts insert into the coin drop slots. Then secure it to the machine using the (2) C-1059 Kep Nuts and (2) C-1070-W Washers.

1. Use the C-5101 Spade Taps on the incoming power.

   1. Tap the L1 wire.

   2. Tap the N wire.

   3. Tap the Ground wire.

2. Take the C-5210 Power Adapter Harness and connect the red tab connectors to the following wires:

   1. Connect the blue wire to the L1 wire.

   2. Connect the brown wire to the N wire.

   3. Connect the green/yellow wire to the Ground wire.

3. Connect the 3-pin connector from the C-5210 Power Adapter Harness to the matching connection on the C-5602R1 Power Converter.

4. Connect the 4-pin connector from the C-5602R1 Power Converter to the matching connection on the C-5500 Power Extension Harness.

4. Connect the the Cat5 cables running to and from the adjacent machines to ports labeled 3 (Line Connection Ports) as shown in the image above.

5. Secure the LaundryCard reader to the bracketry using included hardware.

1. Feed remaining harness ends through mounting bracket.

2. For serial setups:

   1. Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 1 (Serial Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

   2. Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

3. For coin pulse setups:

   1. Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

4. Connect the free end of the Power Harness to port 1.

5. Secure the L2 reader to base as described in FasCard F2/F3 Reader Installation Guide - Front Mount.

1. Feed remaining harness ends through the mounting hole as described in the F1 Reader Mounting Guide.

2. Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 1 (Serial Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

3. Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

4. Connect the free end of the Coin Sense Harness to port 3 (Coin Sense Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

5. Connect the free end of the Power Extension Harness to port 4 (Power Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

6. Secure the FasCard reader to base as described in the F1 Reader Mounting Guide.

1. Feed remaining harness ends through the mounting hole as described in FasCard F2/F3 Reader Installation Guide - Front Mount.

2. For Serial Setups:

   1. Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

   2. Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 5 (Serial Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

3. For Pulse Setups:

   1. Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

4. Connect the free end of the Coin Sense Harness to port 3 (Coin Sense Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

   1. For dual coin drop setups connect the secondary Coin Sense Harness to port 4 (Coin Sense Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

5. Connect the free end of the Power Harness to port 1.

6. Secure the FasCard reader to base as described in FasCard F2/F3 Reader Installation Guide - Front Mount.
