Modular Hardware

The F2 reader features a modular approach to hardware, allowing for easy replacement of individual components in the field.  Instructions for replacing modular components may be found in the F2: FasCard Reader Field Replaceable Components Guide.

Dual Coin Input

The F2 reader utilizes dual coin inputs, allowing two individual coin drops to be used with one reader.  Coin drops may be independently configured to recognize one coin denomination per drop.  More information on the coin input modes may be found on the FasCard Admin Site - Equipment Setup page.  The location of the coin inputs is shown here.
