To Access a Customer's Card Activity, the user must have Cards and Search selected under Permission Settings.

Follow the steps below to access a customer's Card activity.

  1. Insert your card.
  2. Select Cards.
     
  3. Select Search.
  4. Select Show Customer Cards.
  5. Enter dates into the fields next to Card Issued Between, or the last 3-4 digits of the card number.
  6. Click Search.
  7. Once the card is displayed in the search results, click on the card number.
  8. Click on View Activity to see card activity.
  9. Each activity of the card will be outlined like below.
  10. Click on the + sign to see the picture that accompanies the activity.
