To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have MACHINE INFORMATION selected under SYSTEM SETUP in permission settings. Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings. See Permission Settings and Functions for more information on how to set permissions.
Here, users can review the current status of all of the equipment in the store as well as access the individual service history of that machine. The Model, Serial, and Date in Service information are also viewable here, if this information has been entered. IT IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY ENTERED. You may enter this info through the Additional Machine Information Screen. The vend amount column shows the total vend amount each machine has accumulated since it was put into service.
