WARNING
Disconnect any electrical device from power before performing any work on the device. It is recommended that the instructions contained herein be performed by individuals who are qualified to perform these tasks. Card Concepts Inc. takes no responsibility for the accuracy of this document or any damage that may occur to target equipment.
Minimum two (2) people recommended for mounting/unmounting the touchscreen to the X-Changer cabinet.
Unmounting the Touchscreen
Disconnect any connected cables (power, video, touchscreen input (USB)) before proceeding.
Unmount the existing monitor from the bracket.
Unmount existing monitor from cabinet.
For v1 cabinets, three (3) bracket kep nuts to the left and right of the touchscreen should be unfastened to pull the mounting assembly back to remove touchscreen. DO NOT remove the four (4) center VESA screws in this step if replacing a monitor in a v1 cabinet!
This would also require unmounting the card dispenser tray, as the brackets share two of the same mounted bolt threads.
For v2 cabinets, only the four (4) VESA screws (Green) should be unfastened to unmount the touchscreen from its mounted bracket from the front of the X-Changer door.

Mounting a New or Replacement Touchscreen
Prior to mounting a touchscreen to a specific cabinet type, the touchscreen will need to be mounted to its respective bezel.
Configure and Calibrate the Touch Screen
The Configure Hardware Tool
The latest Configure Hardware tool within LaundryCard v9.1.9 or newer is able to recognize whether the installed touchscreen is an Elo or Zuljana touchscreen and apply the appropriate settings.
After hardware install, open Windows Explorer by either pressing the Windows Key and clicking the Windows Explorer colored manila folder or use the Windows shortcut WIN+E.
Navigate to D:\Setup\InstallProcs.
Run the configurehardware.cmd script.
Select option G to configure just the touchscreen.
The appropriate drivers and settings (including the Calibration Tool for Elo touchscreens) will then install.
When an Elo touchscreen is installed, direct interaction with the touchscreen may be required if the display is not already calibrated.
With Zuljana touchscreens, Configure Hardware will restart the system after a new monitor install before reaching the diagnostic screen for post-config testing, if a Zuljana touchscreen has never been used on the X-Changer in question.
Note
If the Zuljana touchscreen is not recognized on a V9 system after install, update the LaundryCard application v9.1.9 or newer.
Manual Calibration (Elo Only)
Note
Zuljana Touchscreen Monitors use a ten (10) finger capacitive multitouch panel and do not require calibration.
However, certain functions will need to be modified at a software level to accommodate for regular X-Changer use.
Please contact CCI Technical Support for further information and assistance.
Upon rebooting the computer:
When KeepAGoin is visible and the startup countdown displays, select the Pause button on the screen.
May take a couple of tries if the monitor is poorly uncalibrated.
Press the Windows key on the keyboard to bring up the taskbar.
Begin typing the application name 'Control Panel' until the search populates the Control Panel.
Select control panel settings option 'Elo Touchscreen'.
(If you do not see the settings option then the Elo software will need to be installed.)
Under the "Properties 1" tab, click the Align button and follow the prompts to align the touchscreen.
Close the Elo Touchscreen Control Panel window and bring back up the KeepAGoin window.
Click the Refresh button to restart the startup countdown.
