Purpose
This guide will show you how to setup a VPN connection to your laundromat on an Apple device running iOS 7 or iOS 8.
Create the VPN
- From the home screen click the "Settings" icon
- Click General then click on VPN
- Click on Add VPN Configuration
- Select "PPTP" from the top of the screen.
- Fill in the following fields leaving any other settings as is.
- Description: Enter a description for the new connection
- Server: The static IP address of the store
- Account: The username provided by CCI
- Password: The password provided by CCI
- Send All Traffic:
iOS 6+ set this to ON- Pre iOS6 Set to OFF
- Click Save
- Once the VPN has been created, click the switch to turn the VPN on.
- If connected successfully, the screen will indicate "Status: Connected" and a small "VPN" icon will display at the top of the screen.
