Overview
This page is intended to guide the user through proper reboot and shutdown procedures on the computer within each X-Changer cabinet. Store owners may have a different version of LaundryCard. Therefore a few screens may be different in the processes outlined below.
Determine the Primary System

LaundryCard software versions 6.5 and higher display Primary and Backup indicators in the upper left hand corner of the screen when LaundryCard applications are running. Method 2: Using Store Status to Determine Primary System
Insert a Manager, Attendant, or Technician card and navigate to the Store Status page.

In V5 and V6, the Primary database will be in 'Database' row. If CCI1 is listed here, that corresponds to X-Changer A. CCI2 corresponds to X-Changer B. | In V7 and V8, the Primary database is clearly labeled as such in the top row of the System Status section. | In V9, the Primary database is found in the Store status screen under the Maintenance Menu.
