Bulk Coupon Update

OVERVIEW

The card viewer function is a powerful filtering utility that will allow users to find specific cards based on any criteria within the cards details. Once filtered, this record set of cards can be either downloaded for mailing purposes and or have a coupon program applied.

Accessing Bulk Coupon Update Data

To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have BULK COUPON UPDATE selected under MARKETING in permission settings . Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings. See Permission Settings and Functions for more information on how to set permissions.

This function requires understanding of raw CSV data and should be used by advanced users.

To run a report, insert your manager card.
Select MARKETING.
Select BULK COUPON UPDATE.
Select all of the fields on which you would like to see data. A chart of the field descriptions is below.
Select Show Data.

Data Field and Report Descriptions

Card Number	12-Digit number on the back of the customer laundry card
User Name	Card User's Name (This will be blank unless the card user has registered their name with the card.)
User Address	Card User's Address (This will be blank unless the card user has registered their address with the card.)
User City	Card User's City (This will be blank unless the card user has registered their City with the card.)
User State	Card User's State (This will be blank unless the card user has registered their State with the card.)
User Zip	Card User's Zip (This will be blank unless the card user has registered their Zip with the card.)
User Phone	Card User's Phone (This will be blank unless the card user has registered their Phone with the card.)
User Lang	Card User language selected in the system
Date Issued	Date the card was issued
Total Expenditure	Total amount of money put on the card
Balance	Current balance of money on the card
Bonus	The amount of bonus money applied to the card
Last Added	The amount of money that was added to the card last
Last Used	The date the card was last used
Last Amount	The amount of money that was last vended on the card
Last Machine ID	The last machine on which the card was used
Discount	The amount of discount applied to the card
Card Free Dries	The number of free dries received on the card
Card Status	Status of the Cards: Valid/Invalid/Marked-out (Valid at another store)
Deposit	The deposit applied to the card
Delayed	The number of days a customer must wait before they become eligible for a birthday bonus.
Total Free Dries Awarded	Number of free dries awarded to the card
Total Paid Dries	Total dries purchased by the card
Total Washes	Total washes purchased by the card
Loyalty Points Cur	Current Loyalty points on the card
Loyalty Bonus Total	Total Loyalty points accrued over time
User Email Address	Card user's email address
User Birthday	Card user's birthday
Comments	Any comments associated with the card
Special Message	Any special message entered for the card
Card Store Id	The store associated with the card
Card Coupon Code	The coupon code entered using the card
Coupon Activate Date	The date the card entered the coupon code
Set Coupon Code for Selected Cards	Add a Coupon Code applied to cards and it will appear in the report
