Self Service Password Management System
Overview
The LaundryCard Self-Service Password Management System (LC Password Manager) is meant for users to manage their own LaundryCard Live account access.
The steps provided in this document cover how to update your password for new users, enroll with the self service management system, and resetting your password.
To access a LaundryCard store via LaundryCard Live, complete this form. If you are not listed on the CCI account, the owner or primary contact must submit the request for you.
Getting Started: Accessing your account for the first time
When requesting a new or reset account, you'll be directed to password.laundrycard.com. Follow the instructions below to complete the account setup process.
Open a web browser and type in password.laundrycard.com.
On the login page type in the provided account username and password.
Type in the captcha provided and then click Login.
On the next page, you will be prompted to change your password. Be sure to follow the listed complexity requirements.
Once you’ve set your new password you’ll see the following:
Account enrollment
During Enrollment, you will be asked to provide information that will identify you when you need to reset your password or unlock your account. Following the steps below will ensure that you can regain access to your account if you ever forget your password.
On a web browser, go to password.laundrycard.com.
Login with your credentials and type in the provided captcha.
Click Login.
On the LC Password Manager homepage click Enrollment.
You may be presented with the following prompt which will require you to go back to the homepage and edit your profile information and fill in the required details.
Once on the Enrollment page, you will need to choose the Set up Backup Verification Methods at the bottom of the page.
Choose one of the presented options and type in the captcha to proceed with the enrollment process:
Depending on the option you chose you may receive an email with a password change link or will have to answer security questions. Be sure to follow the steps provided on each page.
Reset your password per the requirements listed.
Once you’ve reset the password successfully you will see the following prompt:
Accessing LaundryCard Live
After setting up your account and changing your password, you will now be able to log into your account via LaundryCard Live.
On a web browser, go to live.laundrycard.com.
Type in your username and password.
Both fields are case-sensitive.
Once logged in you will either see a list of stores you’ve been granted access to or your individual store’s dashboard.

Resetting your password
In the event you forget your password, you can always reset it through the LC Password Manager.
On a web browser, go to password.laundrycard.com.
Click on “Forgot your password?”
Enter your username and the provided captcha.
Once logged in you will need to either answer your assigned security questions or look for an email to reset your password.
On the following page, you will then enter in your newly desired password and provided captcha.
