This page is intended to guide the user through the proper reboot and shutdown procedures for the CCI-provided computer stored within each X-Changer cabinet. Each location may operate on a different version of LaundryCard, therefore a few screens may be different in the processes outlined below.
Determine the Primary system
It is imperative to know which X-Changer is labeled as the Primary. Failure to reboot the appropriately labeled X-Changer at the right time may result in data loss.
If both X-Changers are displayed as the database Primary or the database Backup, call CCI Technical Support immediately.

LaundryCard software versions 6.5 and higher display Primary and Backup indicators in the upper left-hand corner of the screen when LaundryCard applications are running. Method 2 – Use the Store Status page to determine the Primary system
Insert a Manager, Attendant, or Technician card and navigate to the Store Status page.

In V5 and V6, the Primary database will be in the 'Database' row. If CCI1 is listed here, that corresponds to X-Changer A. CCI2 corresponds to X-Changer B. | In V7 and V8, the Primary database is clearly labeled as such in the top row of the System Status section. | In V9, the Primary database is found in the Store status screen under the Maintenance Menu. The primary is listed under "System Status" as well as at the top of the screen. |
