Inside Sales Specialist
Job description
Your job here will be an Inside Sales Specialist for a small hardware/software development company that works in the vended laundry industry. You will work with our sales team and distribution network to ensure that our products are are represented properly. You will be responsible for educating our distributors on our latest products and services as well as assisting our sales team by generating quotes and updating CRM sales opportunities. You will also be responsible for following up and forwarding inbound leads generated via web or phone and ensuring that they are properly handled. You will also be expected to occasionally travel, attend trade shows, and visit with customers.

Responsibilities
Develop sales by making initial presentations; explaining product and service offerings; introducing new products and services
Initiate sales process by building relationships with both customers and re-sellers
Field inbound phone and email sales inquires from potential customers and re-sellers
Follow up on all leads and sales opportunities
Provide quotations as requested by distributors and sales teams
Maintain opportunity and lead data in our CRM system
Attend and exhibit at regional trade shows
Contribute information for improving sales strategies by evaluating product results through customer feedback
Monitor competitive products and sales strategies
Requirements
Proven experience in business to business sales
Willing to travel up to 30% of time to visit distributors or attend trade shows
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Reliable and Trustworthy
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

Education
College degree preferred but not required
Functional Requirements
You should be willing to travel, travel may be required up to 30% of the time. You should have excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with many levels of clients.
