Table of Contents

Deposits TO a Loyalty Card

Whenever an Add Value command is sent to the data center API through a POS system, the amount is reported as Money Added from POS in that individual user's Card Details.

Totals and Totals History reports would take all individual users' Add Value amounts and report the accumulated amount gained in the Balance Added from POS row.

These reported amounts are identified as money going TO a card, serving as income a location receives as a customer is spending money at said location.

Withdrawal FROM a Loyalty Card

Whenever a Vend command is sent to the data center API through a POS system, the amount is reported as POS Transaction in that individual user's Card Details.

Totals and Totals History reports would take all individual users' Vend amounts and report the accumulated amount spent in the POS Transactions row.

These reported amounts are identified as money coming FROM a card, serving in part of the overall float spent as a customer has already spent money at said location when value was initially added.
