Attendants

OVERVIEW

The Attendant employees are usually defined as the people who work within a store and deal with customers and equipment issues during the day.  LaundryCard provides unique features to Attendants to help them better manage their shift, including ways to assist customers, manage equipment, as well as manage responsibilities.

The Default Permission settings for an Attendant are outlined below.

The default card permissions for an Attendant are shown below.

Based on the default Permission settings for the Attendant, their welcome screen menu will show the following:

  1. Cards

  2. Maintenance

  3. Marketing

  4. Scheduling

Obtaining a New Attendant Card

Attendant cards are issued by a store Owner/Administrator/Manager, who are also able to add value to the Attendants' cards.
