Version 9

  1. Insert a manager card.

  2. Select Store Status.

  3. You can view the version within the System Status section.

Version 8 is no longer supported by CCI. To upgrade your store to version 9, please contact CCI Technical Support staff.

  1. Insert a card with Store Status permissions.

  2. Select Maintenance.

  3. Then select Store Status.

  4. You can view the version within the System Status section.

LaundryCard software updates

As with any software, it is essential to keep your software updated to its latest version to keep up with any changes, improvements, and fixes. To update your LaundryCard software, please contact CCI Technical Support staff at 630-930-5115, option #2.
