Card Search in LaundryCard Live

This page provides detailed information on the functions of the more advanced Card Search feature for logged-in personnel introduced with the May 2022 update for LaundryCard Live alongside the Advanced LaundryCard Live (ALCL) system.

What is the Card Search feature?

The Card Search function provides a more thorough set of information for a specific customer or employee card when their 12-digit card number is entered. Accessible only by logged in personnel, users are able to retrieve a table of information for the card number submitted for search across an entire SYNC group.

  1. Click on the three-bar menu button on the top-left of the LaundryCard Live page once logged in.

  2. Click the Cards button.

  3. Click the Card Search link.

Once on the Card Search page, you may enter the 12-digit card number of the customer or employee card you are attempting to locate.

Check Balance for Customers?

While the Card Search function is only available to logged in personnel (employees, managers, administrators, etc.), on the LaundryCard Live Login page, customers are still able to view the card balance by entering their 12-digit card number and selecting the Check Balance button.

By entering their card number, customers will only be able to view the balance of the existing card number typed. Compared to the advanced Card Search feature, No other information is provided.
